Terms of Service

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided by Exotic Car Wraps are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle, complexity of the installation, and material costs at the time of service. We will notify you of any significant changes before beginning work.

Vehicle Condition

The condition of your vehicle's paint and surface affects the final outcome of any wrap, PPF, or tinting service. We reserve the right to decline service on vehicles with pre-existing paint damage, rust, or surface conditions that may negatively affect the result or the durability of the installation.

Photography & Portfolio

We may photograph your completed vehicle for our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. If you prefer your vehicle not to be photographed, please inform us in writing before service begins.

Deposit Requirement

A deposit of up to 50% of the total estimated project cost may be required to confirm your appointment and reserve materials. Deposits are applied toward the final balance due upon completion.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of services, prior to vehicle pickup. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and bank transfers. Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full.

Online Shop Orders

All online product purchases are charged at the time of order. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable sales tax. Exotic Car Wraps uses Stripe for all payment processing. We do not store your payment details.

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment may forfeit up to 25% of the deposit to cover material and scheduling costs. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.

Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. You may reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours are subject to availability and may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Cancellation by Exotic Car Wraps

In the rare event we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you immediately and refund your full deposit, or offer to reschedule at your preference.

Vinyl Wrap Warranty

We warranty our vinyl wrap installations against peeling, bubbling, cracking, and fading under normal use and care for 2 years from the date of installation. This warranty covers materials and labor. Damage caused by improper care, automatic car washes, harsh chemicals, or accidents is not covered.

Paint Protection Film (PPF)

PPF installations are backed by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 10 years for premium 3M and Avery Dennison films) plus our 1-year installation warranty. Manufacturer warranties cover yellowing, cracking, delaminating, and hazing under normal conditions.

Window Tinting

Window tinting is warranted against bubbling, peeling, and color change for the life of the film. Damage from external impact, improper cleaning products, or vehicle accidents is not covered.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us at sales@exoticcarwraps.com or call (310) 355-0528. You will need to provide proof of service (invoice or receipt) and photos of the issue. We will inspect the vehicle and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover: damage from accidents, collisions, or vandalism; damage from improper care or cleaning (including automatic car washes with brushes); damage from environmental hazards such as bird droppings, tree sap, or road debris left untreated; modifications made by third parties after installation; or normal wear beyond the warranty period.

Your Responsibility

To maintain your warranty and protect your investment, you agree to follow the care instructions provided at the time of service. Key requirements include: hand washing only (no automated brush car washes); using pH-neutral car wash products; not pressure-washing installation edges; keeping bird droppings, tree sap, and insect residue cleaned promptly.

Failure to Follow Care Instructions

Damage resulting from failure to follow recommended care procedures will void the installation warranty. We are happy to advise on proper care — ask us at drop-off or visit our FAQ page.

Our Liability

In the event of a verifiable installation defect, Exotic Car Wraps' liability is limited to re-doing the affected portion of the installation at no charge, or issuing a refund up to the amount paid for the defective portion. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Pre-Existing Damage

We conduct a pre-installation vehicle inspection and document any pre-existing damage. Exotic Car Wraps is not responsible for pre-existing paint chips, scratches, rust, or surface imperfections that may become visible or more pronounced following wrap installation or removal.

Wrap Removal

Vehicle wraps are designed to be removable. However, on vehicles with aged, repainted, or damaged factory paint, wrap removal carries an inherent risk of paint damage. We will advise you if we identify any high-risk areas before installation. Exotic Car Wraps is not liable for paint damage on surfaces that were compromised prior to installation.

Physical Products

Merchandise (apparel, accessories, and care kits) may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unworn, unused condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact sales@exoticcarwraps.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

Digital Products & Services

Virtual Wrap Studio generations and other digital services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Our Content

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the AI-generated wrap visualization system — is the property of Exotic Car Wraps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Your Content

By uploading vehicle images to our Virtual Wrap Studio, you represent that you own or have the right to use the images. You grant us a limited license to process the images for the purpose of generating your visualization. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
