Tesla & EV Wraps for Santa Monica

Park anywhere between Ocean Park and Montana Ave and count the Teslas. Santa Monica may be the most EV-dense few square miles in America, which creates a very specific problem: your Model 3 looks exactly like the four others on your block. A wrap fixes that — and in a beach city, it protects the car at the same time.

Coastal life is tougher on a finish than it looks. Sun off the water reflects UV onto cars parked along the beach lots and side streets all day, salt air works on every exposed surface, and a weekend run up PCH toward Malibu peppers the front end with sand and rock chips. The 3M and Avery Dennison films we install are built for exactly this: they take the abuse for 5–7 years while the factory paint underneath stays untouched.

We have been doing this since Ramy Baramily opened the shop in 1998 — more than 8,500 vehicles in 28 years, with Teslas now among our most common projects. We know the quirks of wrapping a Model S versus a Model Y, how to handle door handles and sensor cutouts cleanly, and how to execute the single most requested Tesla service there is: chrome delete, blacking out the factory brightwork for the murdered-out look Tesla now charges extra for from the factory.

Our shop at 2400 S. Grand Ave is about 20–30 minutes from Santa Monica straight down the 10, and we also keep a by-appointment location at 5879 Washington Blvd in Culver City, roughly halfway. Consultations are free — call (310) 355-0528.

Why Santa Monica Chooses Exotic Car Wraps

  • Teslas are among our most frequently wrapped vehicles — Model S, 3, X, and Y are all familiar territory.
  • Chrome delete done properly: trim removed or masked correctly, edges wrapped, no bubbling around curves.
  • 28 years and 8,500+ vehicles of experience with 3M and Avery Dennison certification.
  • Films rated for 5–7 years of Southern California sun — including reflected coastal UV.
  • Lease-safe: ideal for the three-year EV lease cycles common on the westside.

Good to Know Locally

  • From Santa Monica, our main shop at 2400 S. Grand Ave is a 20–30 minute drive east on the 10; our Culver City location at 5879 Washington Blvd (by appointment) is even closer.
  • Cars parked outdoors near the beach benefit doubly from wraps and PPF — the film absorbs the UV and salt-air exposure instead of your paint.
  • Wraps and chrome delete are both fully reversible, so leased EVs go back to stock at turn-in.
  • Open Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm. Free consultations by phone at (310) 355-0528 or in person.

Santa Monica Wrap Questions

Do you have experience wrapping Teslas specifically?

Yes — Teslas are among the most common cars in our shop. Across 8,500+ vehicles since 1998 we have wrapped every current model, and our installers know the specific handling Tesla paint and body hardware require, from door handles to camera and sensor cutouts.

What exactly is a chrome delete?

Chrome delete wraps the factory chrome — window surrounds, door handles, badges — in black vinyl, usually satin or gloss, for a cleaner monochrome look. On Teslas it is our single most requested service. It is fully reversible, so the trim returns to stock chrome whenever you want.

How far are you from Santa Monica?

Our main facility at 2400 S. Grand Ave is about 20–30 minutes east via the 10 freeway. If that is too far, our Culver City location at 5879 Washington Blvd is available by appointment and sits roughly halfway. Consultations at either are free.

Will beach sun and salt air wear out a wrap faster?

The premium 3M and Avery Dennison films we use are rated for 5–7 years in Southern California conditions, coastal exposure included. Regular hand washing to rinse off salt residue and covered parking when available will keep a beach-city wrap at the top of that range — and the whole time, it is your wrap taking that exposure instead of your paint.
