Information You Provide

When you fill out our contact or quote request form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service selection, vehicle details, and the message you send us. If you choose to include a Studio concept, its configuration and optional preview attachment are included in your request. When you make a purchase through our online shop, payment information is collected and processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details on our servers.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information through cookies and analytics tools, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on each page, and referring URLs. This data is collected in aggregate and is used to improve our website and understand how visitors use it.

Website Experiments and Quote Outcomes

We use a random browser identifier and a broad first-visit source category, such as search, social, or direct, to evaluate website improvements. These first-party cookies expire after 90 days without a visit. During an experiment we record its version, selected actions, device category, and timestamps. We also keep quote reference IDs, service categories, and outcomes such as qualified or booked in our private database. A reference connects an outcome to the quote email; the measurement records do not include your name, email address, phone number, message, or vehicle image. Our first-party experiment tracking honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Information from Our Virtual Wrap Studio

If you use our AI-powered Virtual Wrap Studio, you may upload photos of your vehicle. These images are sent to Google Gemini to generate a preview visualization. When you save a concept or continue to a quote, the generated preview and design settings are saved in this browser tab’s session storage, where you can remove them. They are not published to our portfolio. If you submit a quote, the design settings and any preview you choose to attach are emailed to our team and may remain in the email systems used to handle your inquiry. Google’s processing of uploaded images is governed by its applicable service terms.

To Respond to Inquiries

Your name, email, and message are used solely to respond to your quote request or inquiry. We will contact you via email or phone only in direct response to your submission.

To Process Orders

When you purchase products from our shop, we use your information to process the transaction, fulfill the order, and provide shipping or pickup updates.

To Improve Our Services

Aggregate analytics data (via Google Analytics 4) helps us understand which pages are most visited, how long visitors engage with content, and where we can improve the user experience. This data does not identify you personally.

Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Google Maps (Customer Reviews)

Customer reviews, ratings, and attribution may be loaded from Google Maps. Use of this feature is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

Stripe (Payments)

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full account numbers.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and user behavior. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Resend (Email Delivery)

Contact form submissions are delivered to our team via Resend, a transactional email service. Your quote details and any preview attachment you choose to include are transmitted through Resend's infrastructure to reach our inbox.

Supabase (Database)

Our website uses Supabase to store portfolio content, product listings, service information, and private experiment and quote-outcome records. Quote contact details, messages, and attachments are handled through email; the measurement database stores reference IDs and outcome categories.

Google AI (Virtual Wrap Studio)

Vehicle images uploaded to our Virtual Wrap Studio are processed by Google's Gemini AI. These images are used only to generate your visualization preview and are subject to Google's data processing terms.

What We Use Cookies For

We use essential cookies to keep the website functioning (e.g., your theme preference), analytics cookies through Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns, and first-party measurement cookies to keep experiment assignment and visit-source attribution consistent. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data to third parties.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain contact form submissions and customer correspondence for up to 2 years for business purposes. Order records are retained for 7 years as required by law. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings. You may request deletion at any time.

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
