Trade Show & Exhibit Graphics
Trade show graphics live and die by two things: how they look under show-floor lighting, and whether they're ready when the truck has to leave. We've produced booth wraps, banners, backdrops, and display graphics for companies exhibiting at shows across the country — including plenty of automotive clients bound for SEMA, where our vehicle-wrap background means the cars in the booth and the booth itself can come from the same shop. Twenty-eight years of deadline-driven work for Fortune 500 clients has taught us to treat the ship date as immovable, build the schedule backward from it, and proof everything early enough that there's still time to fix what needs fixing. If your booth needs to look like your brand and be on a truck by Thursday, that's our kind of project.
Our Process
Show Brief
We start with the details that drive everything else: which show, booth size and configuration, move-in dates, and what the graphics need to do — backdrop, product displays, hanging signs, floor graphics, wrapped counters, or a vehicle in the booth. Then we build the production schedule backward from your ship or move-in date.
Design & Proofing
Our designers work from your brand assets and the booth's actual dimensions, designing for how people really see a booth: from the aisle, at an angle, over a crowd. You approve scaled proofs — and physical print samples for color-critical work — well before the deadline pressure starts.
Production
Graphics print on media chosen for the job — fabric and rigid panels for structures, adhesive vinyl for counters and props, floor-rated laminates where people will walk. Everything is Pantone-matched to your brand and finished to fit your booth hardware exactly.
Vehicle & Display Wraps
If your booth includes a vehicle, we wrap it in-house to the same standard as our exotic client cars — show vehicles get scrutinized from two feet away under bright lights, and they have to hold up. Product displays, kiosks, and props get the same panel-level attention.
Delivery & Support
We finish ahead of your ship date, package graphics for freight or hand them off to your exhibit house, and label everything for painless setup on the floor. Need something fixed or reprinted mid-show week? Call us — we've rescued more than one booth on short notice.
Benefits
Frequently Asked Questions
How much lead time do you need?
More is always better, but four to six weeks is comfortable for most booth graphic packages, and a vehicle wrap for a show needs a couple of weeks of its own. That said, trade shows generate emergencies, and we've turned jobs around in days when it mattered. Call us with your date — we'll tell you honestly what's achievable.
Do you work with automotive and SEMA exhibitors?
Automotive trade show work is a natural fit for us — we're a Los Angeles wrap shop, and cars headed for show floors like SEMA need the kind of flawless, scrutinize-it-up-close wrap work we do every day. We can handle the show vehicle and the booth graphics as one coordinated package, which keeps colors consistent and takes one more vendor off your list.
Can graphics be reused from show to show?
Often, yes — fabric graphics and rigid panels are built to be packed and reused, and we'll advise on which materials survive repeated shipping. Adhesive graphics on counters and floors are generally per-show. If you exhibit several times a year, we'll design the package so the expensive pieces are the reusable ones.
Do you install at the venue?
We prepare graphics for setup by your exhibit house or booth crew, labeled and sequenced so installation on the floor is straightforward, and for local Los Angeles events we can quote on-site installation directly. Union rules at many convention centers govern who can install what — we'll help you plan around them.
How do you handle color matching?
Show-floor lighting is brutal and booths sit right next to competitors, so color accuracy matters more at a trade show than almost anywhere else. We Pantone-match to your brand standards and proof on the actual output material, not just a monitor — the graphics that arrive at the show match what you approved.
