Consultation
Every wrap starts with a conversation at our shop at 2400 S. Grand Ave. We look at your car in person, talk through your goals, and pull out physical material swatches — gloss, satin, matte, metallic, color-shift — because vinyl never looks the same on a screen as it does curved over a fender in sunlight.
Design
For color changes we finalize the exact film and finish, plus the decisions people forget to ask about: door jambs, roof, mirror caps, and whether badges get wrapped or reinstalled. For printed designs, our team builds artwork on an accurate template of your specific vehicle and shows you proofs before anything goes to the printer.
Preparation
We deep clean and clay-bar the entire car, then remove or mask trim pieces, handles, lights, and badges as each panel requires. Preparation is where wraps are won or lost — any contamination left on the paint telegraphs through the vinyl, so we never rush this stage.
Installation
Our certified installers apply the film panel by panel in our climate-controlled bay, wrapping edges around panels rather than cutting on your paint wherever possible. Complex curves get heat-formed and post-heated to the manufacturer's specification so the vinyl holds its shape for years instead of lifting on the first hot day.
Quality Check
Before you see the car, we inspect every edge, seam, and recess under proper lighting, re-heat anything that needs it, reinstall trim, and detail the vehicle. You get a walkthrough of the finished wrap along with written care instructions so it stays looking new.

How long does a car wrap last?
With proper care, a high-quality vinyl wrap lasts 5-7 years in Southern California. We install premium 3M and Avery Dennison films exclusively, both backed by manufacturer warranties, and after 28 years and 8,500+ vehicles we can tell you honestly which films hold up on a car that lives outside versus one that's garaged. Hand washing and occasional shade do more for longevity than any product you can buy.
Will wrapping damage my paint?
No — the opposite, in most cases. Properly installed and removed vinyl protects the paint from UV rays, minor scratches, and debris, which is exactly why lease drivers and collectors wrap. The honest caveat: vinyl needs healthy factory paint to bond to. If a car has been resprayed poorly or has failing clear coat, we'll tell you before we quote, because removal could lift compromised paint.
Can I wash my wrapped car?
Yes. Hand washing with a pH-neutral soap is best, and touchless car washes are fine. Skip brush-style automatic washes, avoid aiming a pressure washer directly at edges and seams, and wipe off bird droppings and fuel spills promptly — they can stain vinyl faster than clear coat. Every car leaves our shop with written care instructions, and you're always welcome to call us with questions.
What does a full wrap cost?
Most sedans run $2,500-$4,000, SUVs and trucks $3,500-$5,500, and exotics $5,000-$10,000+ depending on the curves, panel removal, and disassembly involved. Material choice matters too — a color-shift or specialty film costs more than a standard gloss. We quote in person or from photos, and the number we give you is the number you pay.
Can I wrap a leased car?
Absolutely — wraps are one of the most popular modifications for leased vehicles precisely because they're removable. The film comes off cleanly before your return date, and the factory paint underneath will typically look better than a comparable unwrapped car since it's been shielded the whole time. We handle removals in-house as well.
How long will my car be in the shop?
Most full wraps take 2-5 days. A straightforward sedan in a standard gloss can be done in two; an exotic with heavy disassembly or a custom-printed design takes longer. Your car stays inside our climate-controlled facility the entire time — never parked on the street — and we'll give you a realistic completion date before we start.
